Stroud Community Agriculture - preview
In an ideal world, how would you like to find supplies of your basic foodstuffs? How about close to home, organically grown in a beautiful rural setting by farmers who you know and trust, and with the opportunity to join in the harvest and in haymaking? How about if you could do this together with a community of people who shared a deep respect for the land and who joined together in festivals to mark the turning of the year and the sacred life of the planet, which feeds us all?
This is what I have found in my community-supported farm I was lucky enough to find a space as soon as I moved to Stroud – nearly three years ago now – and, like the advert says, I liked it so much I bought the company Well, since it is a cooperative, I was elected onto the core group
