Change ahead for QPSW
Quaker Peace & Social Witness (QPSW) faces a period of change with the forthcoming departure of its general secretary, Kevin Franz

  • As well as appointing a replacement to head the department, who it is hoped will be in place early next year, QPSW is also looking at its work in the light of the new framework for action, which sets out the priorities for British Quakers over the next six years
  • The QPSW Central Committee has begun grappling with the finished framework, but fully meshing it together with the department’s programmes is expected to take months or even years
