Some Friends might blanch, but there could be good reasons for moving Meeting for Worship times to accommodate teenagers who stay in bed on Sunday mornings Not only have medical studies suggested that teenagers need to lie in at the weekend to make up for the lost sleep (they typically need 95 hours sleep a night in order for growth hormones to be released but only get seven), but it could also help bring them more fully into Quaker Meetings
