Irish Quakers renew their spirit
Meeting corporately for the first time since hosting last summer's triennial gathering of Quakers worldwide, Irish Friends heard about ongoing Quaker peace efforts at their Yearly Meeting


  • Between 27 and 30 March, Ireland Yearly Meeting (IYM) met at Rathgar, Dublin, to reflect on the theme of 'Renewing the Spirit'
  • Based on part of Psalm 51: 'Create in me a new heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me', the theme created a unifying rhythm to the days of IYM
