Finding the prophetic voice - preview
Lizz Roe shares her experiences of living a life committed towards becoming more sustainable. This is an edited version of the article that formed the basis for Lizz’s input into the unprogrammed Meeting for Worship at the FWCC Triennial on 14 August
In preparing for today I have come to realise that mine is a quiet voice and that my form of prophetic witness is without words I think it is often the case that the truth is more easily shown than narrated Having something to say about finding the prophetic voice is for me based on having endeavoured to let my life speak
In my experience, a prophetic life is one that will be full of grace, grit, grief, and growth if we commit ourselves to it
I think there are five parts to living this kind of life The first three include:
