This is the story of a journey taken in old age or, rather, the beginning of such a story that I hope has some way yet to go
  • The seeds of this story were planted on a beautiful summer's day in June 1960 when, in Worcester Cathedral, I was ordained into the Church of England after a ten-year career as an actor by the benign and lovely bishop, Mervyn Charles-Edwards
