Faith in our lives
Many thanks for the moving, honest and inspirational personal stories from Greta McGough and Jill Kenner (26 January)

  • Can we have more of this? Most of us lead difficult and challenging personal lives from time to time and it is truly helpful to hear how people are enabled to cope however dark it gets

  • My own challenge is a lifetime – 75 years – with cerebral palsy, the last ten years without independent mobility – a learning curve if ever there was one!

I love Greta's comment that Friends 'reminded me of what I know' and 'God gives us our tomorrows and we learn to adapt to the shape of them'
  • Thanks too to Jill for 'you have no choice over the coming of breast cancer but you do have a choice over how to handle it'
